Dana Hansen is a writer, reader, editor, and reviewer living in Waterdown, Ontario. She is a contributing writer at The Chicago Review of Books, and her work has appeared in The Globe and Mail, Literary Review of Canada, Quill & Quire, The Toronto Review of Books, The Winnipeg Review, France’s Books magazine, Australia’s Westerly magazine, and elsewhere. She teaches in the English department at Humber College in Toronto, and is the editor-in-chief of the online literary journal Hamilton Review of Books. An MLIS candidate at the University of Alberta, she is also studying to be a librarian.

Dana is currently writing a book of essays and trying to make a dent in her never-ending to-be-read pile of books.
